Florida native Maddison trained at the Aveda Institutes and moved to New York in 2009. She began as a colorist at MarieRobinson salon where she found her instinct for color, learning to create looks based on a client’s skin tone, shape, and style. After developing his skills in France, Pascal moved to Los Angles in 1990 to work with Jose Eber. In 2000, Pascal relocated to New York and joined Prive Salon, where he has spent the last 12 years.
